Jake Baker founded Leadership Solutions after serving as President and Chief Operating Officer for a Top 100 search firm. Prior to his career in executive search, he held positions as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Director of Marketing, National Sales Manager, and Division Sales Manager for some of the nation's leading food companies. Mr. Baker also served on a panel for the Capital Roundtable as an expert in executive search for the food-manufacturing sector. He graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Business Administration.
